Chicken Shorba Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Sauté the Aromatics

1. Heat oil or ghee in a large pot over medium heat.

4. Add Yogurt and Simmer

2. Add water or chicken stock, salt, and garam masala. Bring to a boil.

5. Cook the Shorba

1. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let the shorba simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is tender.
2. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed. The shorba should be light but flavorful.

6. Garnish and Serve

1. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
